We take a water chemistry first approach to pool maintenance and we provide the absolute highest level of service in the industry. Position: Pool Maintenance Profesional
As a pool maintenance professional, you must be efficient, organized, personable, a great communicator, and trainable. Some pool experience is required and having a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certificate is a bonus but, ultimately, we are looking for individuals that are trainable, get along well with others, and are eager to learn.
Required Daily Goals:
- Maintain the safest aquatic environment for patrons and bathers
- Maintain proper water chemistry balance daily
- Maintain daily cleanliness of pools/spas
- Maintain the state required GPM (Gallons Per Minute) of flow daily
- Maintain proper filtration of water
- Alert management and ownership immediately if any of these parameters become out of compliance
Preferred Skills:
- Basic Computer skills
- Use of multiple smartphone applications
- Familiar with communication software like Gmail, Slack, Jotform, etc.
- Great Communication Skills (REQUIRED)
- Clean Driving Record (REQUIRED)
Daily job activities will include;
- Daily safety check and record-keeping all pools/spas; Shepard hooks, life rings, broken grates, trip hazards, broken glass, etc.
- Manual testing and adjusting of water chemistry
- Vacuuming, brushing, tile cleaning, skimming, backwashing filters, and keeping daily chemistry log records.
- Respond to on-call work orders in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Maintain a daily log of records that includes all activities and events
- Operate and inspect pool equipment and make minor adjustments and repairs.
- Drive company truck
- Cleaning and servicing swimming pool filtration units.

- Driver's License - (Required)
- CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certificate - (Recognized but not required)
- If hired, Non-CPO candidates will be required to become CPO certified after the first 30 days of employment - (Company will pay for the CPO course)
Pay:
- Hourly Positions; $18.20 per hour
