CPV Paint & Graphics is seeking a skilled and dependable Repair Technician to join our team. This position focuses on the repair and preparation of custom motorcycle parts prior to painting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced in auto body repair processes, and committed to excellence in both workmanship and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
· Inspect and prepare damaged motorcycle parts for repair using advanced resurfacing techniques.
· Perform repair and prep work, including grinding, sanding, filler application, primer prep, fiberglass repair, and buffing as needed.
· Ensure all repaired parts meet internal quality standards and cosmetic specifications.
· Work independently and collaboratively with production, graphics, and operations teams.
· Contribute to part cleaning, loading/unloading, workspace upkeep, and tracking documentation.
· Assist with training and mentoring of junior staff as needed.
· Report material inventory levels and any substandard quality issues promptly.
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in repair and preparation work (e.g., grinding, sanding, filler, primer prep, fiberglass, buffing, etc.).
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality results.
· Ability to follow all safety protocols, use PPE, and adhere to 6S organizational standards.
