Responsibilities:
- Manage, review, and sign off on complex federal, state, and local tax returns for corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts.
- Oversee engagement planning, budgeting, scheduling, and workflow management.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and seniors; provide formal and on-the-job training.
- Conduct and review technical tax research; prepare and present clear recommendations to partners and clients.
- Develop and implement proactive tax planning strategies to optimize client tax positions.
- Identify and resolve significant tax issues; communicate risks and opportunities to partners and clients.
- Maintain and grow strong client relationships as a trusted advisor, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Support partners in practice management, including billing, proposal development, and business development efforts.
- Monitor changes in tax law and ensure firm compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
- Assist with internal process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance service quality.
Salary : $110,000 - $135,000
