As a full-time, exempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacist - Clinical Coordinator, you will utilize your clinical knowledge and a strong clinical team in a progressive healthcare environment to lead the clinical pharmacy programs. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist and leads clinical pharmacy programs and services including but not limited to Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, Pain stewardship, Hospital Medicine Team meetings
  • Developing drug policy to support optimal pharmaceutical care by assessing, developing, coordinate, implementing, and maintaining clinical pharmacy programs and services.
  • Developing and implementing an Annual Clinical Plan with the Director of Pharmacy and the Regional Vice President of Clinical Service.
  • Provide a leadership role in the development and maintenance of drug policy that promotes optimal cost-effective pharmaceutical care for all patients.
  • Contribute to development and maintenance of clinically relevant tools to support clinical programs and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.


Schedule: This position is scheduled to work 40 hours a week primarily daytime hours.

Starting Pay: $145,600 - $170,000 annually, (Depending on related work experience).

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy is open 24/7.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy OR Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy
  • Ohio licensure in good standing
  • Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets and pharmacy information systems
  • Effective communications skills; verbal and written


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Residency OR Board Certification Preferred OR;
  • 2 years of hospital experience.

Hospital Requirements: (may be required)

  • TB GOLD test – skin test not accepted
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination)
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1 st -April 30 th
  • COVID Vaccine-Full
  • Respirator FIT Mask Test
