What you can do for us...

As a full time, exempt Lead Physical Therapist with CPS Solutions, LLC Rehabilitation Services team at Parrish Medical Center,

• you will be responsible for the evaluation, planning, and directing of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician
• You will participate in operational aspects of the department
• maintain performance improvement activities within the department
• participate in CQI activities.
• You may also provide coverage at other Parrish Medical Center outpatient locations as needed.

What we need from you...

• Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy
• Bachelor's Degree required, Masters's degree preferred ​ ​
• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida
• (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
• (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving immunity
• (Flu) Influenza-acceptance or declination for hires between Oct 1 st -April 30 th
• Respirator FIT Mask Test - Onsite
• Color test
• COVID vaccination (required)

Schedule: This full time, exempt position is scheduled to work 40 hours per week.

This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Rehabilitation Department: Department core hours are Monday-Sunday from 7:00am-4:00pm and as needed to support acute care hospital rehab staff.
