As a per diem, nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Staff Pharmacist at Quail Run Behavioral Health, you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.
Schedule: This per diem, nonexempt position will work one weekend per month and have flexibility to work weekdays as needed.
Starting Pay: $55-$62/hour based on recent work experience.
About the Facility: Quail Run Behavioral Health is a modern 116-bed facility specializing in the treatment of behavioral health, mental health, and psychiatric disorders. The facility serves children and adolescents as well as adults. The continuum of care includes evaluation, crisis stabilization, treatment, education, prevention, and aftercare. Inpatient acute psychiatric services are provided along with outpatient programs and services. CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day-to-day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.
About the Pharmacy: Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm and Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays from 7:00am-12:00pm. This decentralized pharmacy utilizes Omnicell.
Required Qualifications:
- Pharmacy degree (BS or PharmD) from an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy; PharmD preferred
- Current Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
- Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
- Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
- Effective communications skills; verbal and written
Hospital Requirements (may be required):
- (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Fingerprinting
