Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
- Six or more years of experience in quality of earnings, attestation, and audit engagements within a consulting or advisory environment
- Prior experience supervising and mentoring staff at the manager level
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), U.S. Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), and Uniform Guidance
- Strong commitment to client service with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client and office locations as needed
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach
