Role Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A will play a critical role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role partners closely with business leaders to provide insights, support strategic decision-making, and improve financial outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes
- Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, operating expenses, and cash flow
- Analyze variances between actuals, budget, and forecast; identify risks and opportunities
- Prepare management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for senior leadership
- Deliver actionable insights on business performance, trends, and key drivers
- Act as a finance partner to department heads, providing guidance on spend management and ROI
- Support strategic initiatives, including pricing, headcount planning, and capital investments
- Evaluate business cases and perform scenario and sensitivity analyses
- Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting efficiency
- Support financial system implementations and enhancements (e.g., ERP, planning tools)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across finance systems
- Mentor and review work of junior analysts (as applicable)
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial reporting and forecasts
- Adhere to internal controls and company financial policies
Salary : $115,000 - $150,000
