Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Manage fixed asset accounting, including depreciation reporting and account reconciliations
- Prepare and record routine and non-routine journal entries with supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end close activities, including inventory valuation and analytical review procedures
- Ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions
- Participate in periodic physical inventory audits
- Support accounts payable processes by reviewing purchase orders and supplier invoices for proper documentation
- Cross-train and assist in additional accounting functions as needed
- Support ERP implementation initiatives and process improvement projects
- Assist with special projects and other accounting-related responsibilities as assigned
