($65,000 - $85,000 Base)
Join a team of dedicated plan administrators by managing your own caseload of Defined Contribution plans.
- Perform allocations, reconciliations and plan terminations
- 5500 form filing
- Non-discrimination testing (ADP, ACP, Top Heavy, 415L, etc.)
- Review/interpret Plan Document, amendments, notices and SPD's
- Analysis of Census
- Loan calculations

Defined Contribution Plan Administrator (Remote)
- A minimum of 3 years of comprehensive experience in Defined Contribution (DC) plan administration
- Extensive expertise in ERISA compliance and regulatory matters
- ASPPA certifications (such as QKA, QPA) are highly desirable, or a demonstrated commitment to acquiring these designations
- Experience with Multiple Employer Plans (MEP) is advantageous but not essential
- Proven track record of surpassing established goals, with financial incentives for achieving targets
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in interactions with Plan Sponsors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with retirement plan recordkeeping software
- Collaborative team player with a dynamic mindset, receptive to feedback, and a quick learner
- Positive attitude with a profound passion for the Retirement Services industry
