In this role, you'll drive applied research projects. This person will collaborate closely and work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales and Marketing, R&D and interfacing with customer clients.
Utilize fundamental Expertise in rheology, powders, or polymers to help improve product performance
Support application development efforts through effective lab test development, product characterization and exp.
Drive product improvements by fostering strong cross-functional relationships
Help facilitate customer engagement through customer site visits
