Located 23 minutes north of Memphis, TN, our client is a global chemical manufacturer seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations while driving lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee plant manufacturing operations to achieve production goals safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
- Develop production strategies, optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve productivity.
- Ensure product quality and ISO compliance.
- Partner with teams to investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring OSHA and environmental compliance.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to maintain safe operations.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering; other engineering degrees may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in chemical manufacturing.
- Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement experience.
- Strong hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.

Full Benefits Package
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
