Production Manager - Coatings

Chemical manufacturer is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join their team. If you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a production manager role in a coatings manufacturer, this could be a great opportunity for you! The company has a great culture and is growing!

The ideal candidate will have a background in production and manufacturing, as well as a strong understanding of the processes and procedures involved in the production of goods. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production line, ensuring that all products are produced efficiently and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve production processes and ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to.

• Manage the production process from start to finish.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to.
• Develop and implement production schedules.
• Maintain quality control standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Manage and motivate production staff.

Technical Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a production management role
• Previous experience in a paint manufacturer
• Previous management experience
• OSHA certified
