Reporting to the Director, Business Development, the Sr. Specialist works exclusively with the company’s COP Resin to expand sales at both current and new customers, as well as expanding the adoption of COP into new applications.
The Sr. Specialist will be the front-line to current and potential customers.
This position is responsible for executing the regional business development strategy together with the Business Development team, filling and converting the sales pipeline and maintaining excellent relationships with existing and prospective customers. Such activities extend from direct customers to OEM customers, including those who “Design in USA, Manufacture in Asia”.
Salary
$160,000 - $170,000 Bonus

- YR-on YR GROWTH: Achieve positive year-on-year growth of 10 %/yr.
- EXPAND CUSTOMER MARKET BASE: Grow the customer and application base via assertive, targeted identification and hunting of prospective customers.
- ADVANCE THE PIPELINE: Identify prospective projects and execute on advancing projects towards commercialization. Visualize the pipeline and customer activities using salesforce.com.
