My client, a $3B leading engineering consulting company is seeking an Inventory Systems Implementation Lead to design, deploy, and manage standardized inventory control systems supporting mission-critical U.S. Government and Department of Defense facilities worldwide. This role ensures asset visibility, lifecycle tracking, and compliance with GFE and contractual requirements across multiple secure sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global implementation of enterprise inventory management systems integrated with facility maintenance and logistics platforms.
- Establish and enforce processes for GFE tracking, accountability, and compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements.
- Build, train, and oversee a distributed team of Inventory Specialists and logistics staff.
- Collaborate with Program Management, Government Facility Managers, and Quality teams to deliver reports and identify process improvements.
- Drive automation, standardization, and predictive maintenance initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7 years in facility maintenance, logistics, or inventory operations within government or defense environments.
- Expertise in GFE compliance, property management standards, and FAR/DFARS regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Secret (or higher) clearance.
