- Financial Management: Direct the capital budget, manage cash flow forecasting for project expenditures, and oversee the formal closing of completed projects.
- Process Safety & Compliance: Manage the overall PSM contractor program and coordinate onsite contractors to ensure strict alignment with facility safety and regulatory standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Partner with plant leadership to analyze downtime metrics and champion engineering initiatives that enhance overall plant reliability and equipment performance.
- Technical Oversight: Provide high-level technical and engineering expertise to optimize unit operations and support long-term plant quality systems.
