As the Engineering Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Manage, lead, and mentor manufacturing engineering group
- Oversee projects from conception to implementation
- Develop and coordinate engineering policies, procedures, budgets, and strategies
- Provide recommendations for new technologies and equipment reliability
- Resolve manufacturing issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000

- BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of in-plant engineering manufacturing experience; chemicals preferred

- Lean manufacturing experience
