Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze standard costs for raw materials, labor, and overhead
- Perform cost variance analysis (material, labor, overhead) and provide actionable insights
- Monitor inventory transactions, including raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods
- Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate bill of materials (BOM) and routing data
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare cost reports, margin analysis, and profitability assessments
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Support audits by providing cost-related documentation and analysis
