- Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy changes with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication regarding policy updates, claims, and billing.
- Assist with new business opportunities and cross-selling additional coverage.
- Experience in commercial lines insurance.
- Property & Casualty License
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies, coverage, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
