Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pool Technician / Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing swimming pools, ensuring they are clean, safe, and functioning properly. Duties
- Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, skimming debris.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to repair or replace pool components and equipment
- Assist with general labor tasks around pool sites such as setting up equipment, moving supplies, and preparing work areas
- Assist with pool opening and closing at begins and end of the season.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand pool systems and equipment operation
- Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques and routine maintenance procedures helpful
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical labor including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Prior experience in pool maintenance or related service fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
