We are a small business based out of Orange County, California, specializing in On-Site CPR, AED, and First Aid Training. Our team receives a high volume of requests from businesses in Tennessee, but we currently do not have certified instructors in the state. We’re looking to change that!
We are actively searching for certified CPR instructors to join our expanding team. We offer:
On-Site Training – We come directly to businesses for in-person classes.
Hybrid Training – Online learning combined with in-person skills testing.
Flexible Payment Options – Get paid via Zelle immediately after class or opt for bi-weekly direct deposit if added to payroll.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive first aid and CPR training sessions to diverse groups of learners.
- Create lesson plans that align with established curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Utilize effective public speaking techniques to engage participants and enhance their learning experience.
- Assess participant understanding through practical demonstrations and written evaluations.
- Maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Stay updated on the latest first aid protocols, guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to improve training programs and materials.
- Provide feedback and support to participants, fostering their confidence in applying learned skills.
Experience
- Proven experience in adult education or teaching, particularly in first aid or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of CPR techniques, first aid procedures, and emergency response protocols.
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development is highly desirable.
- Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques to facilitate effective learning experiences.
- A background in swimming instruction may be beneficial but is not required.
