WHAT YOU’LL LEAD
- Recruit and Develop Talent - Leverage our active recruiting system that brings in 5 to 15 new rookies each month, ready to knock and sell on full commission from day one.
- Train and Coach Daily - Run role-play sessions, reinforce scripts, teach sales psychology, and develop students of the game.
- Track and Improve Performance - Monitor numbers, identify gaps, hold accountability conversations, and close performance gaps quickly.
- Lead from the Field - Set the example in appointments, demonstrate proper in-home sales structure, and model work ethic and attitude.
Our managers are hands-on. You will build a team, develop leaders under you, and grow your override income as your people succeed. The recruiting engine and training infrastructure are ongoing company investments designed to fuel your growth as a leader.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
- Sales Manager On-Target Earnings: $90,000 to $150,000
- Team Leader with Overrides: $150,000 to $250,000
- Branch Manager: $250,000 based on team production
There is no cap on commissions. As you grow your team, overrides can eventually surpass personal production, allowing you to focus fully on leadership and expansion.
