What You'll Do

Diagnose and repair smartphones, computers, tablets, and other electronic devices

Perform screen replacements, battery swaps, charging port repairs, and other hardware fixes

Troubleshoot software issues and perform thorough device testing

Assist customers on the sales floor — explaining repairs, recommending accessories, and selling devices

Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base — bilingual ability is a valued asset

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

Accurately document repairs and parts used

Uphold our quality and turnaround time standards — every time

What We're Looking For

Prior cell phone repair experience is required — you should be able to hit the ground running

Strong knowledge of smartphone hardware and components

A customer-first attitude and the confidence to communicate clearly with people

Comfortable with sales — we're a repair and retail operation

Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply — Spanish/English fluency is a significant plus given the communities we serve

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work

A team player who also knows how to work independently

Soldering experience is a plus, but not required

Experience with tablets, game consoles, or computers is a bonus
