Skill requirements:
- Ability to oversee multiple areas of the operation at once and delegate
- Ability to develop and maintain a consistent and efficient workflow
- Proficient with POS System and balancing the cash register
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Some understanding of technical “lingo”
- Ability to Up-sell and finish a sale
- Good understanding of our disclaimers
- Good understanding of our in-store warranty system
- Ability to answer email inquiries
- Ability to answer and communicate effectively with customers over the telephone
- Ability to effectively handle customer issues
- Handle Email Estimates Requests
- Assisting the Store Manager
- Maintaining Store Inventory of Accessories
- Maintaining quality store appearance.

We are looking for candidates with good people skills, customer service experience, and a knack for technology! Sales experience a plus!
Pay is $14 to $17 per hour based on experience!
This is a full time position. Hours of availability would be 10:00am to 6:30pm, Monday through Saturday.
