- Diagnose and repair smartphones, tablets, computers, and gaming systems.
- Deliver outstanding customer service from check-in through repair completion.
- Explain repair options and recommendations in a clear, customer-friendly way.
- Maintain accurate repair records and manage inventory.
- Recommend accessories and services that improve the customer experience.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and professional.
