The intern is expected to work 15 to 20 hours per week within regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Minimum Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common workplace applications.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and technical systems.
- Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Support system updates, software installations, and security patching.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, system inventories, and user accounts.
- Monitor and respond to IT help desk requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with basic network maintenance and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Support data backup processes and ensure proper data storage practices.
- Participate in IT-related projects such as system upgrades, software rollouts, and technology improvements.
- Provide general administrative support to the IT department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
