A premier Property Management Firm is currently seeking a full time Leasing Consultant for a residential apartment-home community in Nashua, NH and Goffstown, NH.
The Leasing Consultant will be expected to utilize sales and customer service skills to maximize occupancy by generating resident retention and providing exceptional customer service.
Skills/Requirements:
- Must possess a great personality, be organized, outgoing, energetic, well spoken and dependable.
- Must support and contribute to team success.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Responsible for generating new leases and security renewal leases.
- Demonstrate sales skills to close each sale and obtain the required deposit(s).
- Responsible to see that apartment applications are complete, background checks, deposits and lease paperwork is completed pursuant to legal requirements as well as company policies and procedures.
- Must have organizational skills necessary to maintain accurate records of all lease agreements, resident database and up to date resident files and communication.
- Timely and courteous response to all leads generated through various internet services, networking, advertisements/promotions and word of mouth.
- Develop and manage exceptional professional resident relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary
Hours: This a a full time position. Candidates must be able to work 9-5 four days during the week and must be able to work Saturday's 9-4.
