CPManagement is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager for a residential apartment community Manchester, NH. The ideal candidate will support daily property operations, leasing activity, financial tasks, and resident relations—including addressing resident concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Resident Relations
- Support all leasing activity, including tours, application processing, lease execution, and renewals.
- Utilize strong sales and customer service skills to maximize occupancy and promote resident retention.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone, email, online, and walk-in inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with residents and prospects.
- Handle resident concerns and complaints promptly, professionally, and with a solutions-oriented approach; follow up to ensure resolution and resident satisfaction.
Administrative & Financial Duties
- Process and deposit checks, rent payments, and other incoming funds following company procedures.
- Assist with coding, processing, and submitting invoices accurately and on schedule.
- Maintain organized, compliant resident files, lease documents, and property records.
- Ensure applications, background checks, deposits, and lease paperwork meet legal and company standards.
- Support reporting, data entry, and administrative tasks within property management software.
Operations & Support
- Assist the Property Manager with daily operational tasks and community needs.
- Manage and update resident databases and ensure records remain current.
- Help manage online listings, marketing materials, and social media engagement (Facebook & Instagram).
- Perform additional property management duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year property management or multifamily housing experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Proficiency with property management software and general computer applications.
- Outgoing, dependable, professional, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Social media savvy and comfortable using digital tools for communication and marketing.
Hours: This a a full time position. Candidates must be able to work Monday- Friday 8:30-5:00.
