Resident On Site Manager
CPM Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking a Resident On Site Manager for a 55 unit apartment complex in Phoenix, OR for 20 hours/week. This position requires an organized self-starter, who is good at interacting with current and prospective renters, has some general maintenance skills, and 1 – 3 years of previous residential property management experience. Must be able to pass a full background check and drug screen. This hourly position also benefits from an on-site residence (studio apartment) (on-site living required and $600 security deposit required).
Duties include:
Tenant relations
Showing prospective tenants’ apartments
Interior inspections
Walking the property daily to ensure cleanliness
Assisting Corporate Office with rent collection, notices
Light maintenance desired (general handyperson duties including painting, general repairs, maintenance of grounds, cleaning)
Schedule:
20 hours per week
Compensation:
Includes paid utilities, internet and company cell phone
Includes hourly wage at $20/hour
Part time position qualifies for Oregon Paid Sick Leave only
