Key Responsibilities
Cash & Liquidity Management
- Oversee daily cash positioning, banking activity, and transactions (ACH/wires)
- Ensure liquidity for payroll, operations, and projects while optimizing excess cash
- Partner across A/R, A/P, and WIP to improve working capital and cash flow
- Manage bank relationships, fees, and compliance (KYC)
- Build and maintain cash flow and liquidity forecasts
- Manage credit facilities, loans, and leases
- Ensure covenant compliance, reporting, and risk visibility
- Advise leadership on interest rates, refinancing, and capital strategy
- Support monthly close with treasury reconciliations and reporting
- Lead A/R and A/P teams to drive timely billing, collections, and payments
- Translate financial insights into clear guidance for non-financial stakeholders
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in treasury or corporate finance
- Experience with project-based accounting, preferably in the A/E/C (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or professional services industry would be highly advantageous
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Deltek Vantagepoint)
- Advanced Excel modeling.
- A balanced player/coach leadership style that is decisive and principled while remaining respectful, supportive, and solution-oriented.
- Ability to explain complex financial liquidity to non-financial stakeholders.
- CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), MBA, or CPA is a plus.

Salary : $105,000 - $135,000
