As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, leading high-performing teams, expanding market presence, and executing strategies that position CPL as a premier industrial design partner.
What You'll Do:
- Be a part of leading the growth and strategic direction of CPL's Industrial Practice.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with manufacturers, developers, corporate real estate leaders, site selection consultants, and economic development organizations.
- Drive and lead client development and project pursuit efforts.
- Mentor, develop, and inspire a talented team of architects and design professionals.
- Collaborate with firm leadership to execute market growth strategies and expand our industrial footprint.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, mission-critical, and industrial facility projects.
- Represent CPL through industry organizations, thought leadership, networking, and client engagement.
- 10 years of architecture experience, including leadership within industrial, manufacturing, logistics, mission-critical, or related markets.
- Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent experience).
- Proven success building and growing a practice, driving client relationships and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of industrial facility planning, operational workflows, and complex project delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building client relationships and winning work.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
