We are seeking a Residential Installation Technician in Wilmington, NC to join our team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing our state-of-the-art home security solutions for residential customers. - Install security systems for residential clients according to job specifications and customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service by establishing positive relationships and offering solutions to enhance their security experience
- Follow wiring diagrams, hook-up procedures, and safety standards to ensure quality installations
- Conduct tests to verify system performance and instruct customers on using the equipment
- Maintain inventory, process paperwork, and support the training of new installation technicians
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with construction, cable installation, or low voltage systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle payments and complete accurate paperwork
- Must be detail-oriented, capable of following technical instructions, and safety-conscious
- Ability to represent the company professionally and maintain product knowledge, including features, pricing, and promotions What’s In It For You:
