What You'll Do
- Repair and maintain HVAC systems for residential clients.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions.
- Provide accurate pricing estimates and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Educate customers on HVAC system features, maintenance, and energy efficiency options.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Proven experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
- Strong sales abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 50 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
