Current Overtime Schedule: Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-4:00am plus 8 hours of overtime on another day (3:00pm-1:00am regular schedule)
Hourly rate - $20.00
Shift Diff - $2.00
Total rate - $22.00

As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process. Your key tasks will involve operating and maintaining production equipment to uphold our high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor production line machinery, conducting routine inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols to create a secure workplace and work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily production targets and maintain quality standards.
- Accurately document production metrics and promptly communicate any issues to management for swift resolution
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
- At least one year's experience in machine operation
- Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; including distinguishing color
- Proficient in math for calculating percentages, areas and volumes
- Ability to set up computer-aided machinery, with a solid understanding of Windows based computers
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
- Dependable with a track record of good attendance and punctuality
- Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary
Some Important Seasonal Employee Details:
- 90-day work assignment, which includes a 30-day attendance required period for training purposes.
- After 75 working days, you may be eligible for full-time employment if you maintain good standing with the company, including attendance, performance and teamwork.
- This seasonal position does not offer benefits, such as production attendance bonus, production performance bonus, double time, PTO or paid holidays.
- Overtime work is required
Physical Requirements:
- The working environment is a production facility with a focus on safety and teamwork
- The role requires standing for long periods, stooping, walking, bending, pulling climbing and lifting materials up to 50lbs as well as exposure to various machinery and materials.
