Responsibilities
- Partners with site leadership, the HRM and the Talent Acquisition Manager to determine recruiting strategy for the site
- Build a sourcing pipeline of candidates for the site’s non-exempt roles through job boards, passive searches, employee referrals, and community events
- Conduct resume reviews, video interviews, phone screens and in-person interviews for site’s exempt and non-exempt roles
- Leads on-boarding activities for new hires and conducts new hire orientation; ensures timely hand-offs to hiring manager and solicits feedback on the on-boarding process
- Achieves time to fill metrics, new hire retention, and leader satisfaction feedback surveys
- Two or more years recruiting experience with high volume recruiting
- Bilingual preferred
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). ICIMS is a plus.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects, priorities and time sensitive deadlines, while maintaining strict confidentiality. Very collaborative, good sense of humor, open to feedback
- Highly Organized
- Strong sense of urgency
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
