Required Qualifications
Experience
- Eight ( 8 ) – Ten ( 10 ) years of experience in A&A and RMF support .
- eMASS proficiency
- S trong RMF expertise .
- Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) II certification
- 8570 certification : IAM Level III .
- P rogram Management Professional Certification
- B achelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree . (P referred in IT , Engineering , or related) .
- Secret.
- Develop RMF artifacts and Authority To Operate (ATO) packages in eMASS .
- Perform site, system, and platform IT validation testing.
- Conduct Mission-Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRAs).
- Coordinate with Navy S ecurity C ontrol A ssessor and Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) requirements.
- Risk Management Framework (RMF)
- A&A documentation
- Navy Qualified Validator (NQV II)
- Cybersecurity assessment. .
