CPH is looking for a talented Water/Wastewater Engineer to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful municipal infrastructure projects from initial planning and design through permitting, construction, and project close-out. Our projects span from small wastewater collection or water distribution projects to multi-MGD water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Duties Include:
- Assist in the planning, design, and construction administration of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pump stations, pipelines, and utility systems.
- Prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, design calculations, permitting documents, and cost estimates.
- Perform technical analysis and research, hydraulic modeling, and report preparation.
- Engage directly with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in field investigations, site visits, and construction oversight.
- Effectively multi-task and work on multiple projects while adhering to project schedules and budgets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering.
- Must have passed their PE and be able to obtain their Professional Engineering license in Florida.
- 2 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater engineering or municipal infrastructure preferred.
- Strong technical writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, reliable, and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, WaterCAD, or similar design software is a plus.
- Familiarity with Deltek Vision and Smartsheet or similar software is a plus.
- Dependent upon experience.
