POSITION SUMMMARY: The Technical Services Delivery Representative will support the objectives of the Technical Service Department. The Technical Services Department sells services that are focused on optimizing the systems that power, cool and protect IT environments and include; 7/24 Operation & Maintenance Contracts (UPS, Batteries, Generators & ATS, Switchgear, Power Distribution & STS, HVAC), Turnkey battery installations for VRLA as well as wet cell batteries, Battery monitoring installations and service, Equipment Replacement, Integration & Commissioning, Remote Monitoring (Battery, DCIM, EPMS), Computer Room Cooling Services, Site Staffing, Training, MOP & SOP Development, Data Center Cleaning, IR Scanning and Energy Efficiency, Power and Cooling Audits.

- Quote/Bid Preparation – full life cycle quote management when necessary
- Follow up on parts deliveries i.e. batteries, caps and other parts from OEM vendors
- Coordinate with CPG Operations and Service Teams on scheduling & shipments
- Submit Purchase Order requests to Accounting
- Coordinate with Vendors to release orders and follow up on ship dates
- Inventory/Logistics Management – track purchased products and communicate with customer regarding their order status
- Assist in proposal development
- Ensure accurate information is entered into NetSuite
- Attend kick off meetings to assist in smooth handoff of project from bid to execution if necessary
- Provide oversite on RFI and submittal processes if necessary
- Identify additional opportunities for CPG to generate revenue
- Utilize NetSuite to track all open and closed opportunities
- Deliver reporting for assigned sales representatives
Education/Experience (Desired)
- Bachelor ‘s Degree
- 1-2 years in a customer service/sales/relationship management role
- Previous data center experience a plus
- Previous experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
- Microsoft office proficiency – Excel, Word, Power Point
- No certificates or licenses required for this position.
- No supervisory responsibilities for this position.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; Standing and walking is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.

Salary : $63,120 - $94,738
