We are partnering with a well-established, growth-oriented food manufacturing organization to identify several high-potential Production Supervisors to join a large-scale, multi-line production facility in the Midwest.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead frontline production teams in a high-speed, multi-line manufacturing environment
- Drive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency metrics
- Act as a hands-on leader on the floor, staying close to operations
- Coach and develop employees to build capability and accountability
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, and maintenance
- Identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- Early to mid-career leadership experience in manufacturing (food & beverage strongly preferred)
- Background in large CPG or food manufacturing companies
- Demonstrated career progression (promotions, increased scope)
- Exposure to high-volume production and KPI-driven environments
Leadership Profile
- Seen as a high-potential leader within current organization
- Brings positive energy and strong communication skills
- Trusted by both leadership and frontline teams
- Track record of going above and beyond expectations
- Comfortable in a hands-on, floor-based leadership role
Additional
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish/Hmong or other) is a plus
- Willingness to relocate within the Midwest (relocation support provided)
