Field Service Technician I - Nashville TN

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Technician I based in Nashville, TN. The role involves performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on sorting systems and related equipment. The technician will provide on-site support to ensure optimal system functionality, train customers on proper equipment operation, and assist in diagnosing technical issues. This position requires regular travel within the designated area to meet service needs. Collaboration and adherence to safety standards are integral parts of the role.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems
• Basic knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills for identifying system issues
• Experience with tools and equipment used in mechanical and electrical repairs
• Excellent communication skills for training and supporting customers
• Ability to work independently and safely on-site
• Availability to travel within the designated region as needed
• Preferred qualifications include technical certifications or experience in the recycling industry
