Job Summary
CPGIO is seeking a hands-on ShoppingGives Business Manager to own account relationships, day-to-day operations, and revenue performance for our ShoppingGives business unit — a fast-growing social impact platform serving ecommerce brands.
This role blends account management, operations, and business ownership. You’ll drive retention, oversee donation compliance, support billing processes, and improve overall account health while helping scale revenue across a portfolio of clients.
You will act as the primary owner of the business unit, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key ShoppingGives accounts
- Drive retention, renewals, and ongoing account engagement
- Lead onboarding for new clients (setup, training, activation)
- Oversee monthly donation grant execution and compliance
- Monitor account health and proactively address churn risk
- Support billing coordination and invoice follow-ups
- Partner with Growth team on campaigns and engagement strategies
- Provide customer insights to inform product and platform improvements
- Build scalable processes and documentation to support growth
- Report on account performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, ecommerce, or operations
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms preferred
- Comfortable using CRMs, dashboards, Excel, and financial tools (e.g., Stripe)
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-directed with strong ownership mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Experience
- Ecommerce, SaaS, or platform-based business experience
- Exposure to renewals, billing, or customer lifecycle management
- Startup or high-growth company experience
- Interest in social impact or nonprofit programs
Schedule
- Onsite Monday–Thursday
- Remote Fridays
- Flexible start time (6:00 AM – 9:00 AM)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $85,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 (performance-based incentives)
