Option 1: Hourly Pay Performance Bonus

• Competitive hourly pay of $36–$42/hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive treatments.

• Assess patients' oral health and identify periodontal concerns.

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and recommended treatment.

• Build lasting relationships with patients through compassionate, personalized care.

• Collaborate with dentists and clinical team members to provide exceptional patient experiences.

• Take digital radiographs and maintain accurate patient records.

• Maintain clinical standards, infection control protocols, and a safe treatment environment.

• Collaborate with the team to provide efficient, high-quality patient care.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a hygienist who is confident in their clinical abilities, genuinely enjoys connecting with patients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Dental Hygienist license or ability to obtain one before starting

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent patient care

• Experienced hygienists and new graduates are encouraged to apply!
