What You’ll Do:
You'll be the friendly face patients turn to when they have questions, the voice of clarity when it's time to talk treatment plans, and the energy behind the daily flow of a high-performing dental office. Patients will trust you—and so will your team.
- Educate patients on their treatment plan and clarify oral care needs
Because a well-informed patient is a confident (and loyal) patient. - Present treatment options, financial plans, and scheduling availability
You’ll make the complex simple—and the experience exceptional. - Achieve financial goals by gaining acceptance to treatment plans
Helping patients say “yes” to their health—and hitting goals whileyou’reat it.
- Partner with the Dentist and clinical team to build a collaborative environment
Think teamwork with a purpose (and plenty ofcheer-worthy moments). - Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, insurance verification, and patient calls

What You Bring:
You’re the perfect mix of patient advocate, organizational wizard, and high-energy teammate. You love details almost as much as you love helping people—and you’re ready to grow with a team that’s just as invested in you.
- 2 years of experience in a dental practice
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (but notrequired)
- Strong understanding of dental insurance and treatment plan presentation
- Skilled with dental software (Dentrix,Eaglesoft,Denticon, or similar)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Top-tier communication skills—with patients and with the team
- Solutions-focused mindset and dedication to stellar customer service
