We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping the front office running smoothly. You'll be the first smile our patients see and play an important role in helping our office succeed!

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and create a positive, friendly experience from check-in to check-out.

• Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and daily office flow.

• Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions.

• Collect payments, discuss balances, and help patients understand financial responsibilities.

• Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records.

• Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to support office goals and patient satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous dental front desk experience preferred.

• Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and patient accounts.

• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

• A positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-player mentality.

• Someone who is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow.
