Role Description
This is a part-time (at least intially) on-site (ideally) role for a Senior Interior Designer located in Dana Point, CA. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible primarily for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E selection, ensuring that each project meets the high standards set by CPDstudio. The intent, at least initially, is that this team member focus on drawing/drafting for our residential and hospitality projects.
Qualifications
- Space Planning and Interior Design skills
- Client account management
- Architecture and Construction Drawings skills (2 years in Revit required)
- Experience in FF&E selection
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field
