Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Analyst to support daily operations at our apple packing facility. This role works closely with production supervisors, quality control, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient packing operations, accurate production tracking, timely order fulfillment, and will report to the Director of Operations and Production Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily production schedules for apple packing lines down to the SKU level.
Communicate packing plans and schedules with sales and marketing operations.
Track packing volumes, pricing, inventory, and production output.
Communicate with supervisors, warehouse staff, and quality control to maintain workflow.
Prepare production reports and update tracking systems.
Monitor order priorities and ensure packing aligns with shipping schedules.
Maintain, monitor, order, and forecast appropriate materials, supplies for production runs.
Support compliance of quality standards.
Help troubleshoot production delays and coordinate solutions.
Qualifications
2 years of experience in production coordination, supply chain management, warehouse operations, analytics, or food processing; or a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or other applicable degrees.
Experience in agriculture and/or produce packing operations.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills, including experience with data-driven decision making
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Demonstrate ability to perform under pressure, particularly during peak harvest seasons.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of produce packing operations.
Inventory management experience.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Experience with production reporting or scheduling.
Knowledge of data analytics used for decision making.
Extensive knowledge of various Microsoft programs, word, excel, power-point, power-bi.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a warehouse/packing facility environment
May require standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
