CPC Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Therapist/ Behavioral Health Clinician/Social Worker to join our Adult Partial Care Program, a multidisciplinary, recovery-oriented team serving adults with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys group work, collaborative treatment planning, and evidence-based practice in a structured day program.
Title: Behavioral Health Clinician I, Partial care program
Location: Aberdeen NJ
Minimal Qualifications:
- Must possess a clinically oriented master's degree and license
- Must posses LAC or LSW
- Experience working with SPMI and/or co-occurring disorders
- Familiarity with Motivational Interviewing and integrated care
Major Responsibilities/Performance Objectives:
- Provide individual and group therapy in a Partial Care setting
- Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized recovery plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions (IMR, relapse prevention, wellness, skills training)
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Coordinate care with families and community providers.
- Document services and progress in the electronic health record
