Job Description:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
  • Answered and followed up on phone calls to clients.
  • Responsible for maintaining activities related to Quality Control (QC).
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Is willing to do tasks that are outside of their responsibilities.
