Job description:
- Under limited supervision, plans, develops, conducts and
coordinates staff development and training programs. - Develops training programs, eLearning modules, and blended
learning solutions, ensuring content aligns with organizational goals. - Delivers training sessions, conducts employee onboarding, and
supports professional development initiatives. - Additionally, provides updates and recommendations for training
quality improvements based on feedback, and implements updates
based on approval. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
