We’re a small, well-established CPA firm located in North Seattle / Shoreline, proudly serving individuals and small businesses for over 25 years. Our focus is on providing high-quality, personalized tax and advisory services — and we’re looking for a skilled professional to join our team.

About the Role
You’ll work closely with clients to prepare and review individual and business tax returns, provide tax planning support, and help maintain the trusted relationships that are the foundation of our firm.
This is a full-time, in-office position with overtime during tax season (mid-February through mid-April). Outside of tax season, we offer flexibility — the schedule can be full-time or part-time, depending on your preference. This is an in office position and not remote.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review tax returns: 1040, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 1041
- Prepare W-2s, 1099s, and other compliance forms
- Advise clients on tax strategies and savings opportunities
- Research tax issues and communicate clearly with clients via email, phone, Zoom, and in person
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience preparing individual and business tax returns
- CPA, EA, or CPA candidate
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar software
- Proficiency with UltraTax (or similar programs such as Lacerte, ProSeries, or Drake)
- Understanding of financial statement analysis and ability to make adjusting entries
